Maryam Orders Province-Wide Emergency Preparedness Drills

LAHORE (AIA) The Punjab government has launched province-wide mock exercises through the Civil Defence Department and Rescue 1122 to ensure readiness for any emergency in light of the prevailing situation.
On the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the Civil Defence Department has been fully activated to coordinate the preparedness activities.
Mock drills are being conducted in Rawalpindi, Murree, Jhelum, Chakwal, Sargodha, Narowal, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sahiwal, Multan, Muzaffargarh, and other key locations across Punjab.
