Balochistan CM Cracks Down on Project Delays, Warns of Funding Cuts

QUETTA (AIA) Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti chaired a meeting on the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Quetta.
During the meeting, the Department of Planning and Development briefed the chief minister on the ongoing development projects across the province.
Addressing the meeting, Bugti directed that all ongoing development projects must be completed before June. He warned that funding would be stopped for any projects left incomplete beyond the deadline.
He also instructed the Transport Department to purchase 21 buses before June to improve travel facilities for the public.
