Maryam Greenlights Region’s Major Climate Observatory Project

LAHORE (AIA) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved the establishment of the region’s largest and most advanced climate observatory in Lahore, marking a significant step towards enhanced environmental monitoring and scientific research.
The announcement was made during a meeting chaired by Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb on Monday, where it was also decided to set up a state-of-the-art science centre as part of the province’s efforts to promote innovation and climate resilience.
