Allama Iqbal Open University offers free matric-level education in certain districts

ISLAMABAD (AIA) Allama Iqbal Open University has launched a major initiative under its “Education for All” vision, offering free matric-level education to students from Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and the merged tribal districts. This step aims to ensure equal access to education for students in remote and underdeveloped areas. Talking to media in Islamabad, the Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Nasir Mahmood urged parents, teachers, and community leaders to play their role in encouraging eligible students to benefit from this opportunity.
