ISLAMABAD (AIA) Bookings under Pakistan’s Private Hajj Scheme 2026 will close at midnight on Friday, with only five days left, says Muhammad Umar Butt, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony. So far, 44,000 pilgrims have booked against a 60,000 quota. Prospective Hajj pilgrims are urged to finalize arrangements with ministry-approved Hajj companies, make payments through official banking channels, and obtain a Hajj agreement copy. Post-booking, intending pilgrims can verify details on the Ministry’s website https://mora.gov.pk or via the “Pak Hajj” mobile app.
