KARACHI (AIA) Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has stated that the Sindh government is providing top-notch, free healthcare services to the people, while inaugurating the new Outpatient Department (OPD) at the National Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases (NICVD) in Karachi.
He highlighted the expansion of NICVD’s network to the district level, ensuring specialized cardiac care reaches the grassroots. Bhutto emphasized the party’s commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure and services, benefiting thousands of patients across Sindh.
