MUZAFFARABAD (AIA) Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore has directed the immediate launch of Health Card facilities to ensure accessible healthcare for the region’s underprivileged and middle-income communities.
Chairing a high-level meeting in Muzaffarabad, he termed the initiative a vital public welfare project, aimed at providing financial relief in medical treatment.
He instructed officials to expedite all administrative and technical preparations to roll out the service without delay.
