Government Approved The Deployment Of FC In AJK

ISLAMABAD (AIA) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwaar-Ul-Haq called on Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Islamabad today to discuss the peace and security situation in AJK, as well as the political situation and the state’s budget for the new fiscal year.
Naqvi approved the deployment of the Frontier Constabulary (FC) in AJK on the request of the AJK Prime Minister. The Interior Minister said that security arrangements in AJK will be enhanced, and all possible support will be extended to maintain peace in the valley.
He reiterated the government’s commitment to fulfilling promises made to the people of AJK, saying that the government of Pakistan stands with the government and citizens of AJK. He assured that all possible cooperation would be extended for the prosperity and development of the state.
