ISLAMABAD (AIA) Acting President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has stressed that concerted efforts by all state institutions are indispensable for realizing Pakistan’s national development objectives. He conveyed this message during a meeting with a delegation from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), comprising officers of the 38th Senior Management Course, held in Islamabad today. Gilani acknowledged Pakistan’s civil servants for their consistent demonstration of dedication and exemplary performance. He underscored the importance of transparency and efficiency in governance, noting initiatives promoting e-governance and artificial intelligence in the Senate Secretariat. The Acting President commended officers’ contributions amid recent flood challenges, characterizing natural disasters as tests of institutional capacity and public service ethos. Gilani encouraged officers to synchronize their training and professional experiences with public welfare and national priorities.
