Government Focused on Attracting IT Investments: Shaza

ISLAMABAD (AIA) Federal Minister for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja stated that the government is working to attract more foreign investment in Pakistan’s IT sector. She highlighted the importance of cybersecurity and the progress made in this field, including a 96.7% score in the ITU’s Cybersecurity Index for 2024. The minister also discussed initiatives to enhance digital capabilities, improve internet connectivity, and create job opportunities for youth.
