Government to establish Aquaculture Park in Karachi

ISLAMABAD (AIA) Government is planning to establish an aquaculture park in Karachi with the investment of ten point five million dollars. Minister for Maritime Affairs Junaid Anwar Chaudhry directed authorities concerned to formulate a feasibility report for the aquaculture park within ten days.
Aquaculture is the process of raising marine species including fish, shrimps, and others in marine or freshwater. It will strengthen the blue economy as well as production of aquatic life will also be increased in the country.
