Pakistan Railways Embarks on Solar Power Initiative,155 railway stations to be shifted on solar

LAHORE (AIA) Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi has said one hundred and fifty-five railway stations will be shifted on solar power by the end of this year.
Presiding over a meeting in Lahore on Wednesday, he directed authorities concerned to conduct immediate inspections of all passenger and railway bridges across the country.
The Minister said escalators at Lahore Railway Station will be made operational during this month to facilitate passengers.
