PM Shehbaz becomes center of attention at SCO welcome banquet in China

TIANJIN (AIA) Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has arrived at the Tianjin Meijang Convention Center to attend the welcome banquet hosted in honor of the world leaders attending the 25th SCO Heads of States Council Meeting. On his arrival at the banquet venue, the Prime Minister was welcomed by Chinese President Xi Jinping. Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif remained center of attention at the event and received extraordinary warmth by the world leaders.
He held informal meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedow, Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov, Maldives’ President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
The bonhomie that prevailed these meetings reflects the cordial and friendly relations between Pakistan and these countries.
