Prime Minister visits family of former Sindh Police DSP, offers condolences
— September 22, 2026MUZAFFARABAD (AIA) Prime Minister of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) Syed Iftikhar Ali Gilani has expressed deep grief over the death of former Sindh Police DSP Syed Sultan Ali Shah.
According to details, Gilani visited the residence of the deceased’s son, former Nazim Syed Asad Hussain Shah, yesterday.
The prime minister offered condolences to the bereaved family, participated in Fateha Khwani and prayed for the departed soul’s forgiveness, eternal peace and elevation of ranks.
He said he stands with the bereaved family in their hour of grief and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give the family patience to bear the loss.
Syed Asad Hussain Shah thanked the AJK prime minister for visiting the family and offering condolences.
Other dignitaries and relatives were also present and offered prayers for the forgiveness of the deceased.
