Punjab to Launch First-Ever Electric Taxi Service

LAHORE (AIA) The Punjab government has devised a plan to launch the province’s first-ever electric taxi service. Chairing a meeting in Lahore today, Provincial Minister for Transport Bilal Akbar Khan said that in the first phase, 1,100 electric vehicles will be provided on interest-free loan and easy installments for the e-taxi project.
