Education is a Right for All, Says Khalid Maqbool

KARACHI (AIA) Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui emphasized that education is a fundamental right for everyone. He stressed that accepting slavery, greed, and dishonesty is a greater disability than physical or mental challenges.
Dr. Siddiqui made these remarks while addressing a conference on “The Role of Professional and Social Workers for Disabled Persons” at the University of Karachi. He announced plans to make the university a hub for special education.
University of Karachi Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi highlighted the institution’s efforts to promote inclusive education by offering full fee concessions to disabled students.
