PM Forms Body to Oversee Federal Projects in KP

ISLAMABAD (AIA) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has formed a committee headed by Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal to review the progress of federal development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chairing a meeting with MNAs and public representatives from KP, the PM emphasized timely completion of federal initiatives and addressing public grievances as top priorities. The committee will visit Peshawar to assess ongoing projects.
The PM also highlighted the continuation of merit-based laptop distribution to empower students with modern skills. Public representatives criticized the KP government’s failure in governance, citing lack of clear policies in key sectors.The meeting also reviewed the province’s political landscape and key development challenges.
