Unity in Diversity: 53rd CTP Probationers Mark Milestone

LAHORE (AIA) The 53rd Common Training Programme (CTP) has brought together probationers from diverse backgrounds across Pakistan, reflecting the nation’s spirit of unity, said Director General Civil Services Academy Farhan Aziz Khawaja.
Addressing the annual dinner, Khawaja praised the collective efforts of the CSA team and trainees, highlighting the growth and transformation witnessed among probationers from Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
He acknowledged the sacrifices of parents and families, and lauded the contributions of faculty and staff for their dedication to training the future leaders. The probationers, including 74 women and 62 men officers, have completed comprehensive training, preparing them for leadership roles in governance and public policy.
